To launch a page on this site you will need to prepare up to 250 words (or 120 words for Clubs and Societies) describing your business and two graphics for scanning, these can be either photographs or logos. The provision of a sample template can be arranged upon request.

If you have an e-mail address include it as people browsing the web like to get in touch easily.

If you are already a bit of a web head, prepare the description as a text file, including the URL of your web site and e-mail address in full if you have one.

Save image files as .gif files if black and white or .jpeg files if colour.

Each image size should be no larger than 250 pixels square and under 80 Kb at between 72 and 96 dpi. and send the floppy disk with your payment.

As the company building the site use a specific HTML structure please do not send files prepared in WYSIWYG HTML programs. Your page will be loaded to site once your payment has cleared and upload is instructed by GCCI LTD's management. FULL entry showing trading name, description, contact name, telephone/fax number is £16 for 12 months, payable in advance (but FREE to Chamber Members)

To place a page(webadvert) on the GCCI web site, as described under First Steps including email/website links, for a business or commercial organisation:

Small business - with 30 full time equivalent employees or less £40 for 12 months, payable in advance

Medium/Large Business - with over 30 full time equivalent employees £100 for 12 months, payable in advance

This cost will include the additional facility to sponsor a main website page (eg.Health, Education)

Charitable or Leisure Organisations and Clubs:

Up to 120 words + photo + logo will cost £20 for 12 months, payable in advance.

Fund-raising events can be placed on the EVENTS page free - just email the Website Manager with the details.
